How We Find the Leak: Thermal Imaging
The drip in your ceiling is almost never where the water gets in. It travels along rafters and underlayment and shows up ten feet from the actual hole, which is why repairs aimed at the stain fail so often. On repair calls we bring an infrared thermal imaging camera and run an infrared leak survey: wet material reads colder than dry material, so hidden moisture shows up on screen. Then we go into the attic and confirm it: the same spot from below, wet marks on the wood. From there we trace the wet path back to the real entry point. The repair goes there, at the source, documented with photos you keep.

What a Tile Leak Repair Looks Like Underneath

A Section Repair, Not a Patch: Huntington Beach
