On an inspection in Riverside this week, the homeowner told us something that said more than any photo could: after every rain, and any time it gets really windy, they are out in the front and back yard sweeping up granules that washed off their own shingles. What Those Granules Actually Are

New armor up top, real airflow underneath, and nobody sweeps granules off the patio ever again.
