Called for an estimate and Art was here the same day. They came in almost $10K less than another quote I received, and delivered on every single promise.

Quick Answers

How much does a new roof cost?

Most residential replacements in the Inland Empire land between $11,000 and $20,000 or more, depending on square footage, roof type, pitch, and what the deck looks like once it is open. The number we give you is written, itemized, and free. For a ballpark before you call, use the roofing cost calculator.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential replacements take one to three days depending on size, complexity, and roof type. You get a realistic timeline at the estimate, not a lowball number to win the job.

Can you just go over my existing shingles?

We do not do overlays, even where the code would allow one. An overlay hides the deck, the flashings, and the underlayment, costs more over the life of the house, and is not eligible for the manufacturers' system warranties. We will still come look at your roof and tell you exactly what is up there. Here is the whole conversation.

Do you pull the permit?

Yes, always, under our license. If a roofer asks you to sign the permit as an owner-builder, that makes you legally responsible for his work. Show him the door.

Is financing available?

Yes. 0% APR promotional options and monthly plans are available on approved credit through Synchrony. We bring the real numbers to the estimate. Financing details.

What is the warranty?

Ten years on our labor, plus the manufacturer's material warranty on the system we install. If something is wrong, you call us and we take care of it.
